Butterfly Pea Syrup

BUTTERFLY PEA SYRUP

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup White granulated sugar
  • 10 - 15 pcs Dried butterfly pea flowers
  1. Bring water to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add granulated sugar, consistently stirring until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and add in butterfly pea flowers.
  4. Steep for 5 minutes, then remove flowers.
  5. Strain into an air tight container.
  6. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
