BUTTERFLY PEA SYRUP
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup White granulated sugar
- 10 - 15 pcs Dried butterfly pea flowers
- Bring water to a boil over medium heat.
- Add granulated sugar, consistently stirring until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add in butterfly pea flowers.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then remove flowers.
- Strain into an air tight container.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
